3 tips to improve your posture at setup
If you’re setup looks less like Tiger Woods and more like the Hunchback of Notre Dame, then it’s time to straighten out your issues with posture.
One thing golfers can do at the gym or at home to improve their game, according to Mike Hansen of Hansen Fitness for Golf in Irvine, is to refine their posture at setup.
“Having a good, athletic posture with all your joints aligned in the proper position can help cure many of the faults you have in your swing,” Hansen says.
In the video, you will receive three tips on how you can achieve better posture, and create a more fluid and powerful swing.
