With the 2021 Troon Card, SoCal golfers can save big on highly rated courses

SoCal Golfers now have a chance to tee it up and save big at some of most highly rated courses across Southern California and beyond with the new 2021 Troon Card.

The recently unveiled program offers players a savings of up to 50% off green fees when booking within three days of your desired tee time and, with the card’s Best Rate Guarantee, you can also book any other advanced reservation and receive 15% off.

Here are 4 things you need to know about the 2021 Troon Card:

> Some of the participating courses in Southern California include Monarch Beach Golf Links, a seaside gem in Dana Point; Tijeras Creek Golf Club in Rancho Santa Margarita, a Ted Robinson design with a famed back nine; Maderas Golf Club in Poway, a Johnny Miller masterpiece consistently ranked No. 1 in San Diego; Woods Valley Golf Club, a beautiful layout set amid unique topography in North San Diego County; Shadow Hills Golf Club in Indio, a visually stunning Schmidt-Curley-designed championship course that also has an 18-hole par-3 layout; and the Indian Wells Golf Resort, which features two critically acclaimed layouts regularly named among the best in the state, the Players and Celebrity courses.

> The 2021 Troon Card program offers Southern California golfers several options to choose from, too. There’s the West Coast Card, which includes benefits at the aforementioned courses in SoCal, as well Troon-managed properties throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Utah and international locations. It is available as a TwoSome Card ($139) and as a FourSome Card ($189), allowing the cardholder to bring guests at the same rate. In addition to the green fee benefits, the program offers participants special 2 for 1 offers, complimentary clinics, replay rates from $25, merchandise discounts, and much more.

> The National Troon Card ($599 for a TwoSome and $849 for a FourSome) expands the same benefits to Troon’s courses throughout the United States.

> There are also two other special cards available for those who have served the country or who continue to perform admirably under the stress of today’s times. The Patriot Card ($299) is available for military personnel and the Inspire Card ($399) is open to teachers and medical personnel. Both offer the same benefits as the Troon National TwoSome Card. Part of the proceeds of those cards go to charities that support those groups, such as the Folds of Honor for military families.

“Troon locations are 4 or 5 star, or top 100, or ranked best in state, and there’s no better way to experience those destinations in a way that provides so much value and other benefits,” said Kris Strauss, Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Troon. “And with the Patriot and Inspire cards, you’re also donating to a good cause, which is pretty awesome.”

The cards are valid November 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
