Callaway unveils Mack Daddy CB wedge
If you’re one of those golfers whose short game goes south as soon as you have to hit a chip shot, then the new Mack Daddy CB wedge from Callaway Golf might be just the club you need.
The recently released wedge, which blends seamlessly with game-improvement irons, features a cavity back that’s designed to make it play easy and offer enhanced forgiveness when you don’t hit the ball perfectly.

In addition, the Mack Daddy CB comes in two sole grinds. In the lower-lofted clubs you’ll find a full sole so you can experience iron-like turf interaction with moderate bounce, and a modified W grind in the higher-lofted clubs that will provide forgiveness out of bunkers and thick rough.
Another highlight of the club is the use of JAWS groove technology, which was developed by Callaway Golf Chief Wedge Designer Roger Cleveland and his extensive R&D team, and introduced in the Callaway Jaws MD5 wedges last year (see more on those below).
Available for left- and right-handed players, the Mack Daddy CB comes in a variety of lofts and bounces and with a steel or graphite shaft.
