5 exercises to add stability to your swing
In order hit the ball far and accurately, golfers need to have good balance. Without it, they will struggle to hit the ball squarely and consistently, leading to bigger numbers on the scorecard.
Fortunately, improving your balance can be a lot easier than sinking a 3-foot, hard-breaking, downhill putt for par.
In this video, you can follow along a progression of five simple exercises that are designed to help you create a smoother, more stable swing, and they include everything from activating your glutes with a pelvic tilt to performing lateral hops.
