Improve your body and your game with a 30-minute routine you can do at home
In times like these, it’s nice to have a golf workout routine that you can do at home in 30 minutes.
In the video above, Mike Hansen of Hansen Fitness for Golf in Irvine, will take you through a half-hour workout that will help improve your body and your game.
You can follow along as Hansen takes you through a warm up and then into multiple exercises for your upper and lower body that are designed to help with strength, rotation, hip loading, balance, and more – everything that is going to make your fitness better, as well as your ability to play golf.
The full body workout will give you a good sweat, and you can do 1-3 sets, or more if you want to enhance the challenge. No equipment is necessary, except for a golf club.
So learn this routine, get your heart pumping for 30 minutes, and hopefully you’ll start seeing the results on the course.
