Become a better golfer with these moves
You don’t always need a set of weights for a good golf workout. In fact, you can get one with a just a rubber band.
In this video, Mike Hansen of Hansen Fitness for Golf in Irvine, shows you his three best band exercises to improve your golf game.
The first exercise is ideal for those who sit at a desk all day as it is designed to help open your chest and provide your shoulders with more mobility. It will also help create better posture and it can be done at the office or at home.
The second exercise focuses on the glutes, which are vitally important to lower body stability, Hansen says.
The third movement includes a dynamic exercise with resistance that will help with stability.
