Improve your fitness and your golf game with these drills you can do at home
With a lot of gyms still closed or with limited access available, one piece of at-home equipment has become vitally important for golfers who want to keep working on their fitness:

Well, in this video, you’ll learn Mike’s Top 10 band exercises for your golf game, all of which you can do at home.
Using bands with varying resistance, Mike will show you multiple drills that will help strengthen your back, chest and shoulders, as well as increase your balance, flexibility and ability to rotate during your swing.
